Flexicon Bag Dump Stations (also known as sack tip stations or bag break stations) are designed to safely and efficiently manage dust during the manual unloading of powders and bulk solids. Each unit features a high-velocity vacuum fan and dual cartridge filters tailored to the application, ensuring clean operation and worker protection.
Simple Operation
Open the dust hood door, activate the fan, and dump material through the hopper screen.
High-Efficiency Dust Capture
Vacuum fan draws airborne particles away from the operator and into cartridge filters.
Automatic Filter Cleaning
Reverse-pulse system uses timed blasts of compressed air to dislodge dust buildup on the filters returning material to the hopper.

BAG COMPACTORS
Flexicon Bag Dump Stations can be equipped with optional Bag Compactors, which significantly reduce waste volume while containing dust. A bag infeed chute through the side wall of the dust hood allows empty bags to be fed directly into the bag compactor by the operator causing dust generated from both dumping and bag disposal to be drawn onto the Bag Dump Station’s dual cartridge filters. A pneumatic air cylinder compresses bags into a removable bin for dust-free disposal. Safety interlocks prevent operation unless both the main and infeed chute doors are closed. The Bag Compactors are offered in sizes that accommodate 50 to 80 bags, and 100 to 150 bags, depending on thickness.

Klausen Process Machinery offers mobile Bag Dump Stations designed for effective, dust-free material handling across various plant locations. The flexibility of these mobile configurations enhances operational efficiency by enabling the equipment to serve multiple functions in different areas, reducing the need for multiple stationary units.
SANITARY CONFIGURATIONS
Sanitary bag dump stations are constructed of stainless steel and feature continuous welds with NEMA-rated enclosures making them ideal for wash-down environments.
