DRUM/BOX/
CONTAINERDUMPERS
Flexicon’s TIP-TITE® Drum/Box/Container Dumpers provide safe, efficient, and dust-free unloading of bulk materials from drums, boxes, and other containers. With durable construction and hydraulic tipping mechanisms, they integrate with conveyors and downstream systems, enhancing operational efficiency and safety while reducing labor costs.
Available Product Models
Flexicon’s Drum/Box/Container Dumpers, including the TIP-TITE® and Open-
Chute models are designed for dust-free or open-chute dumping of bulk
materials from drums, boxes, and other containers.
Product overview
The operation of the Drum/Box/Container Dumper begins with floor level loading of the container onto a platform. A hydraulic cylinder raises the platform, pressing the container rim against a discharge cone to form a dust tight seal. Once sealed, a separate hydraulic cylinder tips the entire platform and hood assembly to a preset angle – typically 45°, 60°, or 90° -using a motion dampening feature for smooth and controlled movement. With TIP-TITE® models, when the discharge cone is properly seated against the receiving equipment, a slide gate valve opens to allow dust-free discharge of materials. When dust-free dumping is not required, all dumper models can be equipped with open-chutes without valves

MOBILE CONFIGURATIONS
SANITARY CONFIGURATIONS
Sanitary Drum/Box/Container Dumpers are engineered for contamination-sensitive environments such as food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and chemical processing. Each unit features round horizontal frame members that promote efficient water drainage during wash-down and is constructed from stainless steel with continuous welds that are ground and polished to meet strict sanitary standards.
CUSTOM CONFIGURATIONS
Whether you’re handling challenging materials, high-volume loads or unique container types, Flexicon offers custom-configured Drum/Box/Container Dumpers engineered to meet your specific process requirements. Available options include models for drums, pails, and mobile bins; systems designed to empty multiple containers simultaneously; and designs that integrate directly with downstream conveyors. Every unit is built for reliable performance and smooth integration into your operation.

Product Benefits
Dust-Free Operation
TIP-TITE® Dumpers ensure clean, dust-free handling by securely raising and rotating containers to form a dust-tight seal with the receiving vessel. A gasketted connection, along with controlled discharge via pneumatic or manual slide gates, keeps materials fully contained and protects workers, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
Enhanced Workplace Safety
BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE
Engineered for heavy-duty use, TIP-TITE® Dumpers feature precision-built components and rugged construction that ensure reliable performance.
IMPROVE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Designed for smooth, safe, and dust-free operation, TIP-TITE® Dumpers optimize repetitive dumping tasks to reduce labor requirements and minimize downtime. Their reliable performance improves overall efficiency, helping you lower operating costs and accelerate return on investment.
