Klausen Process Machinery’s Vacuum Conveying Systems provide efficient, enclosed transfer of powders and granulated materials from a wide range of sources including storage bins, bags, bulk bags, drums, and silos.

The system utilises a rotary vane vacuum pump to generate negative pressure within the receiver and conveying line. When the receiver valve is closed, a vacuum is created, drawing material through the suction wand and along the pipeline into the receiver vessel.

An integrated filtration system separates dust and fine particles from the air stream, preventing contamination and protecting the vacuum pump. Once the receiver reaches capacity, the vacuum pump stops and the discharge valve opens, allowing material to be released for downstream processing.

At the same time, compressed air is discharged from the air reservoir to clean the filter, maintaining consistent airflow and system efficiency. After discharge, the valve closes, the pump restarts, and the conveying cycle repeats.

System operation is controlled via PLC, allowing adjustment of suction and discharge timing. Conveying cycles can also be managed using level sensors or external control signals for seamless integration into automated processes.
